Sports Massage is a form of deep tissue massage and stretching aimed to relieve a multitude of muscle tightness, ranging from a sore neck through to helping to rehabilitate a specific injury. The deeper techniques mean that sports massage is very effective on a muscular level and is proven to work where some other therapies may fail.

Although Sports Massage Therapy is predominantly used for helping athletes perform to their optimum ability, by decreasing the risk of injury and supporting soft tissue healing, it is becoming increasingly popular with everyone and is a successful way of relieving stress, aiding recovery and helping a client to reach and maintain their health and fitness goals with more confidence and awareness.
